Special Olympics Athlete Leadership Programs (ALP’s) allow athletes to explore opportunities in roles previously considered “non-traditional”.
Innovative sports play programs for children with intellectual disabilities, ages 3-7, designed to introduce them to the world of Special Olympics.
Officers from the Topeka Police Department, Kansas Highway Patrol,
Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office and the Topeka Fire Department
compete in the annual flag football tournament.

Yager Stadium, Topeka
Food, Entertainment and an auction will round out the activities.
