Lift Off for a Cause is a TEAM Powerlifting Meet that will be held on Saturday\, November 16th. \nTHE BASICS\nWho: Teams of 4 (2x Male\, 2 x Female) with Divisions for Special Olympics\, Public\, and Military/LE/First Responders. \nWhat: Team Powerlifting Meet. Each Team will compete for combined weight of three lifts- Back Squat\, Bench & Deadlift. \nWhen: Saturday\, November 16th. Athlete Check-In @ 8AM. Athlete Brief @ 9AM. Lift Off starts @10AM. \nWhere: Cobra Command CrossFit\, 14500 Parallel Rd. Suite T\, Basehor\, KS 66007. \nDivisions: Special Olympics\, First Responders\, Public \nCost: $100 per Team \nFacility Info: Parking will be provided at Cobra Command CrossFit. Warm Up Area\, Food and Massage services will be available at the facility during this event. Tents (in parking lot)\, lawn chairs and coolers are recommended for between events.
