See below. \nPackage 1: Meet Whit Merrifield\, receive one limited edition 8×10 photograph that he will autograph that day\, opportunity to have your photo taken with your own device. Cost: $50 \nPackage 2: Meet Whit Merrifield\, receive one limited edition 8×10 photograph that he will autograph that day\, opportunity to have your photo taken with your own device\, PLUS you may bring your own personal item (ball\, jersey\, photo\, bat\, etc.) for him to sign. However\, only ticket holders may receive autographs based on the package purchased. \nQ: Do I need to be there at 10 a.m. or can I come any time between 10 a.m. and noon? \nA: Doors will open at 10 a.m. Because it is a game day\, Whit must leave at noon. All ticket holders need to be in line by 11:15 a.m. \nQ: Where do I park? \nA: Limited parking is available in front of the Special Olympics Kansas headquarters office. Additional parking is available at the Lilac Center up the drive to the south of the building. \nQ: Will I have to stand in line? \nA: We expect ticket holders to have a wait though we will work to move everyone through as quickly as possible. Up to 200 tickets are being sold for this event. \nQ: Is your building handicap accessible? \nA: Yes\, handicap parking is available in front of the building and there is a ramp in the front for wheelchair access. \nQ: What does “opportunity to have your photo taken with your own device” mean?\nA: We will have a designated staff member who can take a photo of you with Whit with your own camera or phone. \nQ: I bought a ticket\, what will I do when I get there? \nA: We will have a tent set up outside where you will check in with a staff member and receive your limited edition 8×10 photograph and a slip of paper showing the items you plan to have autographed. You will then proceed inside the building and make your way to where Whit is signing. When you reach the signing room you will hand your slip of paper and items to be autographed to a staff member who will give them to Whit to sign. If you are having your photo taken with him you will be asked to stand next to him as he signs and when he is done the photo will be taken. When he is done signing you may take your items and exit to the patio and back through the front of the building. \nQ: Are tickets available at the door or do I need to buy ahead of time? \nA: Tickets are not available at the door. You need to purchase ahead of time using our online system. \nQ: I bought a ticket online for the $50 package\, but I want to go ahead and get a personal item signed as well. What should I do? \nA: You can pay $30 on the day of the signing when you check in to upgrade your purchase to the other package. We will have card readers available for credit/debit purchases on site. \nQ: Are restrooms available?\nA: Yes\, we have handicap accessible restrooms for men and women inside the building. \nRefunds for this event will not be issued. Special Olympics Kansas is a non-profit and your donation is tax exempt to the extent the law allows.  \nWe hope you have a great time meeting Whit Merrifield and we thank you for supporting more than 4\,300 Special Olympics athletes in Kansas! See below. \nPackage 1: Meet Whit Merrifield\, receive one limited edition 8×10 photograph that he will autograph that day\, opportunity to have your photo taken with your own device. Cost: $50 \nPackage 2: Meet Whit Merrifield\, receive one limited edition 8×10 photograph that he will autograph that day\, opportunity to have your photo taken with your own device\, PLUS you may bring your own personal item (ball\, jersey\, photo\, bat\, etc.) for him to sign. Do I need to purchase a ticket package for both of us to meet Whit?\nA: No\, ticket holders may bring family members who can be in a photo with the paid ticket holder and Whit. However\, only ticket holders may receive autographs based on the package purchased. \nQ: Do I need to be there at 10 a.m. or can I come any time between 10 a.m. and noon? \nA: Doors will open at 10 a.m. Because it is a game day\, Whit must leave at noon. All ticket holders need to be in line by 11:15 a.m. \nQ: Where do I park? \nA: Limited parking is available in front of the Special Olympics Kansas headquarters office. Additional parking is available at the Lilac Center up the drive to the south of the building. \nQ: Will I have to stand in line? \nA: We expect ticket holders to have a wait though we will work to move everyone through as quickly as possible. Up to 200 tickets are being sold for this event. \nQ: Is your building handicap accessible? \nA: Yes\, handicap parking is available in front of the building and there is a ramp in the front for wheelchair access. \nQ: What does “opportunity to have your photo taken with your own device” mean?\nA: We will have a designated staff member who can take a photo of you with Whit with your own camera or phone. \nQ: I bought a ticket\, what will I do when I get there? \nA: We will have a tent set up outside where you will check in with a staff member and receive your limited edition 8×10 photograph and a slip of paper showing the items you plan to have autographed. You will then proceed inside the building and make your way to where Whit is signing. When you reach the signing room you will hand your slip of paper and items to be autographed to a staff member who will give them to Whit to sign. If you are having your photo taken with him you will be asked to stand next to him as he signs and when he is done the photo will be taken. When he is done signing you may take your items and exit to the patio and back through the front of the building. \nQ: Are tickets available at the door or do I need to buy ahead of time? \nA: Tickets are not available at the door. You need to purchase ahead of time using our online system. \nQ: I bought a ticket online for the $50 package\, but I want to go ahead and get a personal item signed as well. What should I do? \nA: You can pay $30 on the day of the signing when you check in to upgrade your purchase to the other package. We will have card readers available for credit/debit purchases on site. \nQ: Are restrooms available?\nA: Yes\, we have handicap accessible restrooms for men and women inside the building. \nRefunds for this event will not be issued. Special Olympics Kansas is a non-profit and your donation is tax exempt to the extent the law allows.  \nWe hope you have a great time meeting Whit Merrifield and we thank you for supporting more than 4\,300 Special Olympics athletes in Kansas!
