Local law enforcement officers will trade in their uniforms for aprons and volunteer with restaurant staff as they collect donations in support of Special Olympics Kansas. \nGuests are invited to enjoy a meal while supporting a great cause — every dollar “tipped” to officers goes directly toward year-round sports\, health\, and leadership programs for athletes with intellectual disabilities. This event is part of the Law Enforcement Torch Run campaign\, the largest grassroots fundraiser and public awareness effort for Special Olympics. \nCome out for good food\, meet your local officers and athletes\, and make a difference in your community — one tip at a time!
