This event is designed to celebrate athleticism\, inclusion\, and the potential of the next generation of athletes\, welcoming children ages 2-11 for a fun-filled day of fitness and sports activities. \nThe event is divided into two sessions: \n\n10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: For ages 2-7\, featuring engaging activity stations to help develop foundational skills such as walking\, running\, balance\, and jumping.\n12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: For ages 8-11\, focusing on fundamental sport-specific skills to introduce and prepare participants for future Special Olympics sports and Unified sports opportunities.\n\nIn addition to the sports activities\, we are excited to offer a Healthy Young Athletes pediatric screening for all participants. This free health screening\, conducted by trained Clinical Directors\, will provide families with valuable health reviews and resources to support their young athletes. \nWhether you’re a parent\, a coach\, or simply a supporter of inclusive sports\, the 2024 Young Athletes Fest offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a movement that encourages fitness\, skill-building\, and friendship for children of all abilities. \nTo register your young athlete\, visit our registration link.
