DESCRIPTION:2025 Special Olympics NAIA BASKETBALL SKILLS CLINIC\nEVENT DETAILS:\nSunday\, March 23 3:00-4:30p.m.\nMunicipal Auditorium (downtown Kansas City; on 13th Street\, between Wyandotte and Central)\nThe event is FREE for all participants.\nThe event is open to special needs kids in the greater Kansas City area.\nWe’ll gather in the main lobby (North entrance) of Municipal Auditorium between 2:30-2:45 p.m. Once everyone’s there\, we will then move as a group to the main auditorium to begin the basketball skills clinic. The skills clinic will be held from approx.\n3:00 – 3:50 p.m. At the end of the clinic\, there will be a “cool down” period on the court and a special entertainment presentation.\nAt approx. 4:30 p.m.\, we will have Jimmy John’s providing a meal. Participants can eat and hang around a bit to socialize.\nEach participant will receive a free NAIA tournament t-shirt and other fun gifts. Your kids can participate at whatever level they’re comfortable with. Dysfunction in any of these areas can result in pain\, discomfort\, and sub-optimal activity performance in sports and everyday life.
