DESCRIPTION:Four Law Enforcement Torch Run first responders and agencies supporting Special Olympics Kansas will be at four restaurants in Topeka encouraging their supporters and followers to come to their restaurants to eat and donate to Special Olympics Kansas. All restaurants will be donating 10% of proceeds from the day back to Special Olympics Kansas through the LETR. Support your favorite agency on November 9! The agency that raises the most money will win this year’s Battle of the Badge! SUMMARY:Fall Indoor Games (Volleyball & Swimming)
DESCRIPTION:The Fall Indoor Games (Volleyball) will be held on November 12.  Games will be played at  2 facilities\n\nOKUN Fieldhouse; 20200 Johnson Dr; Shawnee\, KS\nHOA Volleyball; 548 S Coy St; Kansas City\, Kansas \nFacilities are 20 miles apart.  Games will be scheduled so all games of a certain level will stay at a facility\, but if your organization has more than 1 team plan on games at both facilities.\n\n9am starts at both facilities\, last games scheduled at 4pm….if numbers allow start times will be pushed back.  I will have a better idea of this next week after regional registrations are turned in.\n\nPlay 3 games at a time at OKUN and 2 games at a time at HOA.  This will allow us to follow the 50 person guidelines per court……if rules change we will adjust.\n\nMask worn at all times unless the athletes are playing.  Playing means on the court; if an athlete is a sub on the bench masks are to be worn.  Coaches can coach w/out a mask on.\nClick here for more information\, or contact Tim Rehder at rehdert@ksso.org
