It focuses on teaching effective warm-ups\, strength-building exercises\, and drills to improve agility\, balance\, and coordination on the court. The clinic is led by the Brungardt brothers\, who are experienced strength and conditioning coaches and bestselling authors.\n\n No matter your fitness or pickleball level—from beginner to advanced—this clinic will teach you simple warm-ups\, exercises\, and drills to make you a better and more explosive mover on the court.\nTopics include:\n· Pre-game warm-up\n· Strength-building exercises\n· ABC’s of Movement (Agility\, Balance\, and Coordination)\n\nJoin the Brungardt brothers\, strength and conditioning coaches and bestselling authors. Brungardt Bios for clinic Kurt Brungardt is a personal trainer and bestselling author who has penned twelve books on health\, physical culture\, and sports.
