DESCRIPTION:This upcoming month each Chicken N Pickle location will host a Power Pickleball clinic with the Brungardt Brothers\, where all proceeds raised from ticket sales will be donated to Special Olympics.\n\nPower Pickleball: Play Fast\, Strong\, and Injury-Free is a clinic designed for players of all fitness and skill levels\, from beginners to advanced. It focuses on teaching effective warm-ups\, strength-building exercises\, and drills to improve agility\, balance\, and coordination on the court. The clinic is led by the Brungardt brothers\, who are experienced strength and conditioning coaches and bestselling authors.\n\n No matter your fitness or pickleball level—from beginner to advanced—this clinic will teach you simple warm-ups\, exercises\, and drills to make you a better and more explosive mover on the court.\nTopics include:\n· Pre-game warm-up\n· Strength-building exercises\n· ABC’s of Movement (Agility\, Balance\, and Coordination)\n\nJoin the Brungardt brothers\, strength and conditioning coaches and bestselling authors. Brungardt Bios for clinic Kurt Brungardt is a personal trainer and bestselling author who has penned twelve books on health\, physical culture\, and sports. His notable works include bestsellers such as The Complete Book of Abs\, published by Villard/Random House\, and The Complete Book of Core Training by Hyperion/Hachette. Kurt has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels\, including clients with Parkinson’s and scoliosis. Mike Brungardt\, the San Antonio Spurs head strength and conditioning coach for 17 years—including four championship seasons—was the team’s first strength and conditioning coach. His pioneering role laid the foundation for what many in sports now recognize as a critical component of athletic success. Brett Brungardt\, co-founder of Basic Athletic Measurement (BAM)\, has positioned his company as the leader in standardized testing and data acquisition for professional\, collegiate\, and youth sports. As the official consulting company of the NBA Draft Combine\, BAM has significantly enhanced the way the league analyzes and utilizes athlete data.
