Whether you’re plunging into icy waters, volunteering, donating or simply cheering on your friends, your participation makes a real difference. Every dollar raised helps thousands of athletes live healthier lives, gain confidence and feel included in their communities.

Tentative Schedule:
7:30‑8:30 a.m. — Pancake & sausage breakfast (suggested $5 donation)
8:30‑9:30 a.m. — Registration for the 5K/1‑mile run/walk (Polar Strut)
9:30‑10:30 a.m. — Polar Strut (5K/1 Mile)
11:00‑11:15 a.m. — Awards & Prizes for runners
11:30 a.m. — Polar Plunge
Register to plunge solo or form a team with friends, family or coworkers.
Fundraise or donate — even a gift of $50 helps provide athlete meals at a Special Olympics event.
Volunteer or attend as a supporter — you don’t have to take the plunge to make a splash!
