Event Description:
321 Fit is an annual health and fitness celebration hosted by Special Olympics Kansas in partnership with Down Syndrome Innovations (DSI) and the University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMC). Held each year around March 21 to honor World Down Syndrome Day, this event promotes inclusive physical activity, wellness education, and community connection.

Participants of all ages and abilities are invited to take part in adaptive fitness sessions, hands-on health stations, and engaging educational activities designed to inspire healthy habits and support active lifestyles. The event fosters an encouraging environment where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities can explore movement, build confidence, and celebrate their strengths.
