Healthy Athletes Opening Eyes Q&A

Stop by the Healthy Athletes Opening Eyes Q&A Table during the South Central Regional Tennis competition to learn more about vision health and the resources available through Special Olympics Kansas.

This informational table will be available on May 16, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Bishop Carroll Catholic High School.

While this will not be a full Healthy Athletes screening, the Opening Eyes table will provide athletes, families, and coaches with the opportunity to ask questions about vision health, eye care, and the Healthy Athletes Opening Eyes program. Staff and volunteers will be available to share information about the importance of eye exams, proper eyewear, and how athletes can access vision screenings and services through Special Olympics programs.
