Unified MC Metro & North Central Track and Field

Join us for an exciting day of competition at the 2026 Unified Track and Field Meet!

This event marks the 2nd annual Unified Track and Field meet for teams from the Metro and North Central areas. Athletes with and without intellectual disabilities will compete together in a variety of track and field events that highlight teamwork, inclusion, and sportsmanship.

⏰ Time: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Athletes will take part in running, jumping, and throwing events throughout the morning, building skills, confidence, and friendships along the way.
