Location: Garden Rapids (504 E. Maple, Garden City, KS 67846)
Join us for a 5K run/walk or a 1 mile fun run/walk before you jump into the water! Run for competitive time or enjoy a stroll in the cold. Either way you’ll be strutting your stuff for Special Olympics Kansas! The Solar Strut, like the Solar Splash, requires a minimum donation to participate, and we encourage you to raise as much as you can for the cause.

Team with Most Participants
Entry for the Solar Splash is $75 and entry for the Solar Strut 1-mile or 5K is $30.
Participants can pay the entry fees or fundraise to cover the amounts. Of course we would love for you to raise as much money as possible for Special Olympics Kansas athletes! Every dollar you earn helps to keep more than 4,000 Kansas athletes with intellectual disabilities on the playing field throughout the year!
When you register for the Splash or Strut online you can create your own fundraising webpage to share with friends and family through email and on social media!
