FINANCIAL INFORMATION​

Teams are required to submit financial information quarterly. Please submit copies of bank statements (checking, savings, investments, cd’s, etc.) along with detailed disbursement, receipt (deposit), and in-kind (non-cash) journals.

 

Teams are responsible for providing receipts to all donors for cash and non-cash contributions.

January, February and March reports are due April 15

April, May and June reports are due July 15

July, August and September reports are due October 15

October, November and December reports are due January 15

In June, Team Kansas will represent our state at the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games — competing against thousands of athletes from across the country. For many, it’s the biggest moment of their athletic career.

But here’s the reality: getting our team to Minnesota doesn’t happen without serious community support. Travel, uniforms, equipment, meals, and competition fees add up fast. Every dollar raised goes directly toward making sure our athletes can focus on one thing — competing their hearts out.
