Join Special Olympics Kansas for the Metro Fishing Tournament on Saturday, September 26, 2026, as athletes from across the Kansas City metro area cast their lines and compete in a fun, inclusive day of fishing and sportsmanship.
Hosted as part of the Special Olympics Kansas Regional Sports program, the Metro Fishing Tournament gives athletes the opportunity to showcase their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the outdoors while competing alongside fellow anglers. The tournament will be held at the Olathe Community Center.
Whether you’re cheering on athletes, volunteering, or supporting the mission of inclusion, this event celebrates the determination, friendship, and achievement that define Special Olympics Kansas.
