Special Olympics Athlete Leadership Programs (ALP’s) allow athletes to explore opportunities in roles previously considered “non-traditional”.
Innovative sports play programs for children with intellectual disabilities, ages 3-7, designed to introduce them to the world of Special Olympics.
The second annual Victory Gala for Special Olympics Kansas will be held on November 9, 2024, at 5:30 p.m., and will be located at Children’s Mercy Park. Everyone is welcome to attend the Victory Gala including Athletes, families, friends, coaches, and sponsors for Special Olympics Kansas. Cocktail attire for this event is preferred.

The second annual Victory Gala offers businesses, sponsors, and individuals an opportunity for networking with notable members of the community; entertaining employees, client guests, and friends; and demonstrating a commitment to people with intellectual disabilities and the Special Olympics movement. All proceeds will go towards our programming for Special Olympics athletes across the state of Kansas.
