Meet Megan Miller — a longtime Special Olympics Kansas athlete who’s gearing up to hit the court at the 2026 USA Games in Minnesota!
Megan has been involved with Special Olympics for many years, participating in a variety of sports and always bringing her energy and positive spirit to every event. But basketball has a special place in her heart, she loves being part of a team, staying active, and meeting new friends from all over the country through competition.
When she’s not training, Megan works as an assistant teacher at a daycare, where her kindness and enthusiasm shine just as brightly as they do on the court. She also enjoys going to the movies, eating out, and spending time with her friends and family.
For Megan, attending the USA Games means one thing: having fun and being grateful for the opportunity to represent Kansas. Her excitement, teamwork, and love for the game are what make her an incredible ambassador for Special Olympics Kansas.
“I’m going to have a lot of fun at the 2026 USA Games! I’m so glad I get to go! I love staying active and meeting friends from all over.”
Congratulations, Megan! We can’t wait to cheer you on in Minnesota!
