Get ready to play, move and have fun at the Special Olympics Kansas Young Athletes Fest!

Open to all children ages 2–12, the Young Athletes Fest is an exciting celebration of sports, play and inclusion designed to introduce young children to the joy of movement and being part of a team. Participants will enjoy a variety of fun, interactive sports and play stations that encourage physical activity, skill development and social connection in a welcoming environment.

Families are also encouraged to stick around and experience the excitement of the Unified Basketball Tournament, beginning at 9 a.m. at Gardner Edgerton High School. Watch athletes compete together on Unified teams, learn more about inclusive sports and discover future opportunities to get involved with Special Olympics Kansas.

Whether your child is a future athlete, loves to play or is simply ready to try something new, everyone is welcome at the Young Athletes Fest!
