Each year Special Olympics Kansas recognizes outstanding athletes and individuals who contribute to the organization.
Special Olympics Athlete Leadership Programs (ALP’s) allow athletes to explore opportunities in roles previously considered “non-traditional”.
Innovative sports play programs for children with intellectual disabilities, ages 3-7, designed to introduce them to the world of Special Olympics.

Weigh-in starts at 11am
Competition starts at Noon.
No lunch or concessions will be provided.
Water will be provided.
The meet will consist of all 3 lifts happening at once. There will be 9 groups of 4-7 lifters with 3 groups going at a time.
Approximate Schedule:
Noon – 12:20 groups 1-3 first lift
12:20 – 12:40 groups 4-6 first lift
12:40 – 1:00 groups 7-9 first lift
1:00 – 1:20 groups 1-3 second lift
Etc
Finish lifting at 3:00pm, then awards.
