Join us for the Young Athletes Fest, an exciting celebration of sports, play, and inclusion for the next generation of Special Olympics Kansas athletes! This event is open to ALL children ages 2–12 and is designed to introduce young participants to the joy of movement and teamwork in a fun, supportive environment.

Participants will rotate through a variety of interactive activity stations focused on building foundational skills such as running, balance, jumping, throwing, and kicking. Each station is designed to encourage confidence, coordination, and a love for being active.

The evening will also include a Young Athletes Fun Run Race, where participants will take part in a fun and memorable race on the track and receive a medal for their achievement.

Event Schedule:

• 4:00 PM – Activity Stations & Summer Games BBQ
• 6:00 PM – Opening Ceremony & Young Athletes Fun Run Race

Families are encouraged to enjoy the Summer Games BBQ and stay for the Opening Ceremony to experience the excitement of Special Olympics Kansas Summer Games.
